I started at an entry level position and within 1 ½ years was able to grow into a supervisor position. The management team helped to further develop my skills and overall have made me a better leader, more organized, and more efficient.

What do you like most about Reliable Respiratory?
I like the overall environment of the company. Although it is fast-paced, we have a great team and everyone is willing to lend a helping hand to get the job done. There is also a lot of room for growth and cross-training to help employees advance in their skills and careers.
What has been your favorite project at Reliable Respiratory?
My favorite project at Reliable Respiratory was when I created the intake and scheduling boards. The goals for each team are displayed and productivity is measured and tracked each day for the employees to see.
What is your proudest moment at Reliable Respiratory?
My proudest moment at Reliable Respiratory was creating the Intake Training Guide. I was able to take my knowledge and create a guide with screenshots and examples of orders for future employees to use as a training tool.

How has Reliable Respiratory helped you in your career development?
Reliable builds employee experience by having each person shadow all departments (from intake, to set up) this allows us to truly understand the teamwork and knowledge that is required for our company to work to achieve our goals. The company is also very open to lateral moves, from department to department, which grows team cohesiveness, knowledge base, and employee growth.

What does your role entail?
My role has evolved in a number of ways over the years.
In a typical day, I may be managing our outsourcing partners, creating SOPs and reports, finding errors in QA processes, reporting data for managers, and helping with physical inventories in all offices.
How has working at RR helped you grow in your career?
It’s been amazing. I have been able to wear a lot of different hats and sharpen a lot of different skills. I’ve gained experience with managing our outsourcing partners and with customer service, as well as hands-on experience working with a variety of different CRM systems. My role at Reliable Respiratory has contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth.

The people. I am really lucky in that I get to work with almost every department and meet a lot good people across the company.

What does your role entail?
My role has me in communication with our patients over the phone for the majority of each work day. I take orders from patients over the phone, provide product support, and process patient orders in our CRM software.
What do you like most about RR?
I love the company and everything they stand for. I like helping people, and by working in the diabetes department, I’m given the important task of helping patients manage their condition.

What does your role entail?
My primary responsibility is to teach, run virtual appointments, and guide remote equipment setups over the phone. Additionally, I’ll often travel to patient’s homes and assist with their home ventilator setups.
We will provide the therapy option(s) that doctor prescribes, but we also pay attention to the unique needs of each patient and ensure that they are accommodated.
I am bilingual, and that has expanded my ability to provide care to a broader community of patients.

What do you like most about RR?
There’s more of a human element working at RR compared to working in a hospital. The ability to have a meaningful effect on someone’s life, even through an appointment that may only last 30 mins to 2 hours, is extremely satisfying. Through follow up appointments, you develop a bond and trust with your patients that is very rewarding.
