Very happy with the support I received from Reliable Respiratory! I started using CPAP about 6 months ago, and of course have had a lot of questions- I’ve reached out to them by email and within a couple hours I have an answer. I had a mask that didn’t seem to be a perfect fit, reached out for advice, and they sent a different one, I received it the next day. They’ve been patient with all of my questions about costs and billing as well. Very happy with their service!

I had an appointment with their respiratory therapist today, and she was super kind, and patient with me. She took her time setting me up with my new machine and she asked me if I had any questions. So far, I have enjoyed working with Reliable Respiratory and every time I call customer service, the employees have been very nice to me over the phone.
The customer service at Reliable Respiratory is “world class”. The elbow piece of my husband’s CPAP tubing fell off during a routine cleaning. I called at 4:30 PM. Portia found an elbow. She stayed an hour late to wait for me. Since I was stuck in traffic, Dwain stayed another 15 minutes beyond, so that I could buy the part. He double-checked the fit. “Service with a smile”!
