To Our Patients, Employees, and Clinical Partners-

Reliable Respiratory is committed to ensuring the safety and health of the patients we care for, and our entire staff.  We do not take this responsibility lightly.  We have been closely monitoring developments related to the coronavirus, or COVID-19.  Given the unprecedented nature of COVID-19, we are taking the following unprecedented steps to mitigate the risk of infection, effective immediately and until further notice.

  • In the interest of protecting the health and well-being of our staff and patients, we are ceasing home visits to patients, as well as prohibiting patients and visitors to our offices.
  • We are providing virtual visits to assist our patients with the set up and use of any Reliable product.
  • We are continuing to follow CDC guidelines for our patients, which includes the use of n95 masks, gloves, Clorox wipes, sanitizer, and minimizing interactions wherever possible.  Equipment sent to patients, including are new patients, has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

We all have a responsibility to minimize the spread of COVID-19. We understand that there will be disruptions in the level of patient care that we are accustomed to providing, but we are hopeful that these measures will be short-term.  We want to thank all our staff members who have gone above and beyond to ensure that we maintain business operations and continue to serve our patients.

Further, we have assembled an interdepartmental task force to stay on top of the evolving situation and are working continuously to take action to protect our employees, patients, and clinical partners.

I want to personally thank all of our employees, patients, and clinical partners for their patience and understanding. We are committed to providing unparalleled patient care throughout New England, especially in these challenging times.
