What does your role entail?

My primary responsibility is to teach, run virtual appointments, and guide remote equipment setups over the phone. Additionally, I’ll often travel to patient’s homes and assist with their home ventilator setups.

We will provide the therapy option(s) that doctor prescribes, but we also pay attention to the unique needs of each patient and ensure that they are accommodated.

I am bilingual, and that has expanded my ability to provide care to a broader community of patients.

How has working at RR helped you grow in your career?

What do you like most about RR?

There’s more of a human element working at RR compared to working in a hospital. The ability to have a meaningful effect on someone’s life, even through an appointment that may only last 30 mins to 2 hours, is extremely satisfying. Through follow up appointments, you develop a bond and trust with your patients that is very rewarding.

What does your role entail?

My role has me in communication with our patients over the phone for the majority of each work day. I take orders from patients over the phone, provide product support, and process patient orders in our CRM software.

What do you like most about RR?

I love the company and everything they stand for. I like helping people, and by working in the diabetes department, I’m given the important task of helping patients manage their condition.

What does your role entail?

My role has evolved in a number of ways over the years.

In a typical day, I may  be managing our outsourcing partners, creating SOPs and reports, finding errors in QA processes, reporting data for managers, and helping with physical inventories in all offices.

How has working at RR helped you grow in your career?

It’s been amazing. I have been able to wear a lot of different hats and sharpen a lot of different skills. I’ve gained experience with managing our outsourcing partners and with customer service, as well as hands-on experience working with a variety of different CRM systems. My role at Reliable Respiratory has contributed significantly to my personal and professional growth.

What do you like most about RR?

The people. I am really lucky in that I get to work with almost every department and meet a lot good people across the company.

I found the personal, in -home service to be very convenient and comfortable, rather than driving to a building to obtain the device and have it explained to me! The representative was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all questions my husband and I had. So far the machine is working better than expected!

The trainer that visited my home was absolutely fantastic!  Very professional, called me 30 min Prior to arrival and arrived on time very presentable, articulate and had a great sense of humor…I never felt rushed!

Your service was impeccable. I’ve had a CPAP machine for around ten years and I learned more in the 1/2-hour visit from Cheryl than I knew in the ten years combined. she is an excellent representative for your company.

I actually have NO suggestions for improvement, my Respiratory Therapist, Adolis was extremely thorough, friendly and genuinely  concerned that I knew everything about my new CPAP equipment. From operation, settings, describing components, how to order replacement components, proper cleaning and care of the equipment, she covered ALL the bases and then asked if I had any questions. You can’t teach the people skills that she possesses, she was a true professional. Thank you, from a very satisfied customer.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.  I loved the fact that they came to the house to explain everything and provided me with options of paying for it out right vs insurance.

Reliable Respiratory has gone above and beyond in getting my new CPAP to me.  You have been wonderful!
