I had an appointment with their respiratory therapist today, and she was super kind, and patient with me. She took her time setting me up with my new machine and she asked me if I had any questions. So far, I have enjoyed working with Reliable Respiratory and every time I call customer service, the employees have been very nice to me over the phone.

The customer service at Reliable Respiratory is “world class”. The elbow piece of my husband’s CPAP tubing fell off during a routine cleaning. I called at 4:30 PM. Portia found an elbow. She stayed an hour late to wait for me. Since I was stuck in traffic, Dwain stayed another 15 minutes beyond, so that I could buy the part. He double-checked the fit. “Service with a smile”!
